1. CREATE AN INTERIOR DISPLAY FOR EASTER EGG
One of our favourites is this creative project for Easter.
- Crack the eggs open about two-thirds before emptying them.
- After giving the eggs a thorough water rinse, let them air dry.
- Use paint, transfers, stencils, or stickers to decorate the eggs.
- Arrange gently, add some water, and add seasonal flowers.

2. MAKE AN EASTER BASKET
This simple Easter craft idea comes together quickly. A vintage-style metal basket or a traditional wicker basket is ideal for storing bulbs and other seasonal items. You could even use them for egg hunts and then dress them up as a cute place setting.
- Create a pile of bun moss and quail eggs with a wax flower sprig.
- A hyacinth bulb hidden in the moss will bloom over time.
- Swap the quail’s eggs for chocolate for a sweet treat.

3. BUILD AN EASTER TREE
A springtime Easter tree provides charm, colour, and a seasonal touch. Use leftover paint from a decorative project, combined with a bit of water, to cover paper mache eggs.
- . Apply PVA glue to the base and dip it into a cup of eco glitter, tapping out any excess.
- Glue small feathers and dried flowers for extra decoration and set aside to dry.
- Hang and display the finished eggs on foraged twigs cut to size to fit a vase or jug.
CREATE AN EASTER GARDEN
Easter craft projects can carry on after the occasion. An Easter garden may grow indoors, and if the weather is damp, as it frequently is during Easter, it’s a great way to bring greenery indoors.
- Grab some well-watered bun moss and cover the plates with evenly distributed mounds to make this arrangement.
- Insert succulents into the moss gaps, then create depressions and nestle various sorts of eggs in them.
- Fill up any vegetation gaps with dried flowers.
- Finally, wrap ivy trails around the perimeter.
- To keep the daisies fresh, remove them, spray them with water, and then reinstall them.

5. BAKE YOUR WAY TO A BEAUTIFUL LOOK
- Separate the white from an egg and place it in a small basin. White caster sugar is commonly used; for an extra-fine coating, blitz the sugar using a blender.
- Paint the egg white onto both sides of the edible flowers using a fine brush, then sprinkle with sugar. Shake off any excess and set them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper to dry.
They will keep in an airtight jar for several weeks. Not all flowers are edible, and even those that are can be planted with pesticides, making them unsafe to consume, so always consult an edible flower specialist.
6. MAKE A CENTERPIECE FOR EASTER
This Easter DIY arrangement is beautiful all year; add quails’ eggs to form an Easter table centrepiece.
- Arrange tree bark on a platter (we used a slate tile) and cover with mounds of bun moss sealed with a hot glue gun.
- To make the eggshell candle holder, gently remove the shell’s top, clean it, and fill it with moss. Insert a tealight inside.
7. WRAP CHOCOLATE EGGS IN FABRIC

- To make a napkin roll with rabbit’s ears, fold it in half, corner to corner, to form a triangle.
- Roll up from the widest point towards the centre.
- With the point pointing down, bring the two ends together and tie a quarter of the way down.

- To make, gently place and position the eggs inside a glass vase—try a combination of hen’s and quail’s eggs.
- Fill the gaps between the eggs with seasonal flowers, dried flowers, and grasses. This will be easier with narrow and straight stems.
- Remove and replace fresh flowers as needed, or choose flowers that dry gracefully over time.
